THE ROLE
We are looking for our next Marketing Associate, to help elevate and expand the brand and its presence in the world through creative and effective strategy and design. This role will report to and work closely with the Marketing Director. Will play an active role in the planning and execution of marketing and promotional activations spread across all owned and operated channels including but not limited to: Website, webshop, Amazon storefront, trade shows and branded exhibits, digital and print media, and distribution partner/partner platforms.

What Youll Do
- Brand Management: Assist in building insightful and efficiently effective product segmentation strategy, Communication and targeting strategy, and creative media strategy, managing the positioning of the brand so that it uniformly succeeds across various touchpoints from End user to B2B trade.
- Marketing Strategy: Assist in building insightful marketing strategy based on data fact and in line with business and marketing goals
- POC to Creative, Media, and Press agency partners
- Creative Direction: Assist Marketing Director and collaborate with the Creative team to provide data backed strategic insights that support the sales initiatives and overall business goals.
- Creative Problem Solver: Optimistic change agent that helps energize and assists in leading the rest of the team toward the fulfillment of each goal.
- Analytical: Analytical leader who understands positioning, distribution, personas, pricing, segmentation, etc. Relies on data for strategic decision making, and demonstrates imaginative thinking
[Qualifications]
- Skilled Communicator Fluent in English. Korean both oral and written Fluency a Plus.
- Highly motivated individual focused on driving change and results
- Creative problem solver, dedicated in achieving results with efficiency in mind
- 1-2 years relevant work experience
- Ability to align cross-functional partners and deliver results
- Individual of many hats, Macro Thinker who can also manage details of various assignments and deadlines
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Social Tracking Services. Knowledge in AMS a plus
- A sense of humor, strong self-awareness, and a desire to have fun
